PG&E says only a few thousand San Francisco customers remain without power following a massive outage that began Saturday afternoon. In a Sunday evening update, the utility says electricity has been restored to 130-thousand customers, with the remainder set to come back online no later than 2 p.m. today. PG&E says a fire at one of its substations caused significant and extensive damage.
