The CEO of California’s High-Speed Rail Authority is taking a leave of absence after an alleged domestic violence incident. The project’s board of directors and the California State Transportation Agency are now investigating Ian Choudri. He says it’s all about a family argument. The Sacramento County District Attorney’s office says they did not file charges because there is not enough evidence. Choudri was arrested by Folsom Police on February fourth on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic violence. Folsom police said a juvenile was involved, but they would not say if it was his daughter.
