Federal prosecutors in Los Angeles are going after protesters who expose ICE agents’ names and personal information. So far, prosecutors have formally pursued five doxxing cases in L.A. under the Trump Administration. Federal officials say ICE agents are put in danger when their identities are exposed. A week ago, two women were convicted of stalking an ICE agent to his home in Baldwin Park. They followed him from the Metropolitan Detention Center in downtown L.A. to his home last August. The off-duty ICE agent’s unmasked face and the name of the street he lived on were then broadcast to 50-thousand-plus followers on an Instagram livestream. The agent testified that he moved his family away, fearing protesters would keep showing up.
