Skyscrapers designed for seniors are coming to Warner Center in Woodland Hills. The project, called Viva, will feature four towers rising more than 40 stories and provide more than 3,000 affordable housing units. The development is designed specifically for older adults, with residents having their own bedrooms and private bathrooms, along with shared kitchens and living spaces. Staff will also be available to assist residents with daily needs and provide support. Developers say the project is intended to create an affordable, community-focused environment for seniors while adding thousands of new homes to the area. The design team behind Viva is also working on Rams Village, located about a block away. That 52-acre development is expected to include the Los Angeles Rams’ team headquarters, a training facility, and additional residential spaces. Together, the projects are expected to transform a significant portion of Warner Center and bring new housing, sports facilities, and services to the Woodland Hills community.
