People who live in the Culver City neighborhood called the cops over the weekend after seeing the man creeping around a condo without wearing any clothes. The man then ran over to a home and tried hiding in a chimney at a house nearby. Police and firefighters showed up and managed to get the guy out of a chimney and give him a towel. Some witnesses say they man was talking about being drugs and that the drugs were laced.
