Biden Keeping Quiet About Court Packing
(Phoenix, AZ) — Joe Biden is keeping his verdict on court packing to himself. During a campaign stop in Phoenix, the Democratic presidential nominee said he would reveal whether he supports more seats on the Supreme Court after the election. Biden argued his answer would take the focus off of major subjects impacting America. President Trump and Republicans claim Democrats would “pack” the high court with liberal justices to even out what would be a bigger conservative majority should Amy Coney Barrett be confirmed.
