Once that happens, masks won’t be required at large outdoor mega-events like football games, nor in the outdoor spaces of schools and childcare facilities. Right now, L.A. County has about 34-hundred COVID-positive hospital patients – it’s important to note that a large number of those patients were hospitalized for something else and tested positive for COVID later.
