(Los Angeles, CA) — Traffic in L.A. is heading back to pre-pandemic levels, but it’s looking a little different. According to Jeroen Brouwer with TomTom, which is a site that tracks traffic trends globally, said congestion levels are different than pre-pandemic. Before, the area had a very clear morning and nighttime rush hour. Now, congestion levels at those times are a bit lower and are now at the highest during the mid-day. TomTom reports that L.A. is second on the list of top cities with the worst traffic congestion.
