Juul Fighting Back Against FDA

(Washington, DC) — Juul is fighting back against the FDA’s attempt to ban its e-cigarettes. A federal appeals court is being asked to put a stop to the FDA’s efforts. It wants the court to step in until Juul can ask for an emergency review. Juul claimed the agency’s move was “arbitrary and capricious.”
