Illegal To Bar Trump From Holding Rally At Arena

(Anchorage, AK) — The University of Alaska Anchorage can’t do anything to prevent former President Trump from holding a rally at the campus arena this weekend. Chancellor Sean Parnell says students and faculty have called for UAA to prevent the Save America event from taking place at Alaska Airlines Arena. In a statement, Parnell explains that since UAA is publicly funded, it’s both illegal and unconstitutional to prevent a group from leasing college facilities.
