Flyer Advocacy Group Fights For Minimum Seat Dimensions On Planes
(Washington, DC) — A flyer advocacy group is fighting for minimum seat dimensions to be set on passenger airplanes. The group argued in a federal appeals court that the FAA should set those measurements. The FAA previously said it wouldn’t regulate seat size as profits would suffer if airlines had to reconfigure planes into having fewer seats.
