(Woodland Hills, CA) — Another Southern California high school student is dead from a fentanyl overdose. Cade Kitchen was a 17-year-old student at El Camino Real High School in Woodland Hills. The school announced Thursday Kitchen died last week of fentanyl poisoning. The circumstances surrounding his death are not being made public. A GoFundMe page has been established to raise money for Kitchen’s family. The announcement comes less than one month after a 15-year-old female student from Bernstein High School was found dead inside a campus bathroom. The unidentified girl also overdosed on fentanyl.
