(Washington, DC) — Flu and COVID shot uptake is below average this year. The CDC says adult flu shot coverage ranges from 18 to 35-percent across the US compared to previous years when coverage was close to 50-percent. Meanwhile, less than 13-percent of eligible Americans have received their bivalent booster. The 65 and older population are getting their updated COVID boosters at a higher rate than any other age range, with 32-percent or about 18-million seniors having done so.
Are we just vaccined-out?
