Nineteen-year-old Sai Kandula of Chesterfield, Missouri, was quickly arrested and faces a long list of federal charges. Investigators later seized a red flag with a Nazi symbol on it and say Kandula made threatening statements about the White House. The bomb squad was called in over fears the truck may have contained explosives, but none were found.
