Love it or hate it, CicLAvia is returning to the streets of LA, and it could cause big traffic problems. Major roads from West Hollywood to East Hollywood will be closed to cars. The bike-only hours will be from 9 am to 4 pm on Sunday. The restrictions will start on Santa Monica Boulevard at San Vincente and continue on to Highland which will also be closed to cars as well as Hollywood Boulevard between Highland and Vermont.
