LA ranks second in the nation in bad roads…and all those potholes and broken pavement are adding to the costs of driving. Carolyn Kelly with TRIP, The Road Information Program says we’re spending over thousand dollars a year in additional operating costs. Kelly says a comprehensive; multi year transportation bill from Congress is needed so money for planning and repairs can be budgeted for in advance.
