Ukraine-Russia Talks End

(Ukraine) — Ukraine-Russia talks are ending without a ceasefire deal. Negotiators from both sides met again as more explosions go off. A Ukraine presidential advisor said, “Unfortunately, the results Ukraine needs are not yet available.” Fighting there hasn’t stopped even as a military convoy headed for Kyiv may be stalled for the time being. U.S. officials warn those troops could surround the city by next week and seize it within a month.
