(Undated) — A surgeon in California is voicing his displeasure over a recently approved state bill. The measure is aimed to punish doctors for spreading false information regarding COVID-19. Speaking to Fox News, Dr. Peter Mazolewski alled the act “dangerous” when it comes to patient care. He noted it would also be damaging in regards to “scientific progression.” The California Senate introduced the bill in February and was approved late last month. At the moment, it has not been signed by Governor Gavin Newsom.
