Student Loan Forgiveness Plan Challenged In Lawsuit

(St. Louis, MO) — A new lawsuit is challenging the Biden Administration’s plan to forgive some student loan debt. Six states including Missouri are bringing the legal challenge. State Attorney General Eric Schmitt tweeted the move will “saddle working families with even more economic woes and higher inflation.” He added elite universities like Harvard and Yale can “drain their endowments” to pay for the loan forgiveness.
