(Washington, DC) — The White House continues their constant claim that democracy is under assault by those who refuse to accept the results of free and fair elections, just days after President Biden is caught lying about how his son Beau died, and about Republicans plans for social security. Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said President Biden will call out election deniers and condemn political violence in a primetime speech tonight. Jean-Pierre said–without evidence– there’s an alarming number of Republican officials –divisively calling them “Mega MAGA” – but not naming any names. who suggest they won’t accept the results of various contests. She said the President believes next week is an inflection point and not a typical election.
Biden himself seemed to delegitimize the midterms at a press conference in January of this year:
“I’m not saying it’s not going to be legit, it’s the increase in the prospect of being illegitimate is in direct proportion to us not being able to get these, these reforms passed,” Biden told another reporter who followed up on his assertion that the integrity of the results “depends” on passing voting rights legislation.
