(Washington, DC) — A longtime friend of former President Trump is being found not guilty on charges that he lied to the FBI about being a foreign agent for the United Arab Emirates. Tom Barrack allegedly did so without prior notification to the Justice Department during the Trump administration. Prosecutors said he used his decades-long friendship with the former President to “illegally provide” UAE officials with inside information.
