California is starting its countdown to the November election.  Ballots are going out today and will be arriving in mailboxes this week.  Voters can send it back in the postage-paid return envelope or drop it off at a polling place.  A list of locations will be included in the packet along with instructions and an “I voted” sticker.  Anyone who wants to keep track of when their ballot is received and counted can also sign up online.
