California Congressman Tom McClintock pointed to this week’s arrest of a youth soccer coach in Lancaster. The illegal immigrant from El Salvador is accused of killing of a 13-year-old boy, whose body was found dumped in Ventura County. Mario Garcia-Aquino was previously accused of preying upon other children. Congressman McClintock went on to say that illegal immigrants, charged with crimes, should not be released.
