Governor Gavin Newsom is at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. During a brief conversation with reporters today, Newsom said Europeans have “been played” by President Trump and accused world leaders of “rolling over” for Donald Trump, joking that he “should have brought a bunch of knee pads.”
Newsom went on to call the president a “narcissist” who is trying to re-make the world in his image. President Trump is scheduled to speak at the World Economic Forum tomorrow. Newsom is scheduled to deliver a speech there on Thursday.
