Dozens of San Francisco businesses are planning to sue PG&E over last month’s power outages. Businesses in the city’s Sunset District are banding together, saying the utility’s credit offer isn’t enough to compensate for the losses the businesses took on due to the power being off for several days. PG&E has offered two-hundred dollars to residential customers and 25-hundred dollars to commercial customers. Officials for the utility aren’t commenting on the plans for a lawsuit but say the credits that have been offered so far should be looked at as a “starting point.”
