President Trump is not planning on attending the Super Bowl this year. He told the New York Post he’s not going because the game in Santa Clara, California, is “just too far away.” Trump also criticized the selection of halftime performer Bad Bunny and opening ceremony performers Green Day. He said, “I’m anti-them. I think it’s a terrible choice. All it does is sow hatred.” President Trump made history last year by becoming the first sitting president to ever attend the Super Bowl.
