San Francisco police are about to get a bump in their paychecks. A tentative deal between the union and the city and county of San Francisco will give cops a 14 percent pay raise over a four year period. The deal still needs approval from the rank-and-file officers as well as the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. Supporters say the raise should help both recruit and retain officers.
