Gubernatorial candidate Katie Porter continues to try and get her message out to potential voters. The former congresswoman was in Walnut Creek Thursday, speaking to voters at Rossmoor Adult Community and answering questions. Porter told the crowd she would continue to push back against President Trump’s policies if she was elected governor. Porter is one of eight Democrats that remain on the ballot in the race to be California’s next governor. Republicans Chad Bianco and Steve Hilton remain at the top of the latest polls. California’s gubernatorial primary election is June 2nd.
