Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard is resigning, according to multiple reports. Sources say Gabbard informed President Donald Trump of her decision during a meeting in the Oval Office on Thursday. In a resignation letter, Gabbard said she is stepping down to support her husband as he battles what she described as “an extremely rare form of bone cancer.” Her final day in the administration will be June 30th. Gabbard becomes the fourth cabinet-level official to leave Trump’s second administration. She joins former Attorney General Pam Bondi, former Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, and former Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer in departing the administration.
