Shooting Investigation in Universal City Overlook Area

Police are searching for suspects after a shooting victim was found in the Universal City Overlook area. Video from the Hollywood Hills West neighborhood shows an SUV with a flat tire and what appears to be blood in the street. The victim was discovered just before midnight and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
