Kevin De Leon says he is gaining on Democratic incumbent Dianne Feinstein in the race to represent California in the U.S. Senate.
De Leon says he has come from relative obscurity, through the primaries to the point where he now has a shot to be governor.
”One poll has us at eleven points. On has us in single digits – eight points. We’re trending nicely.”
He said he proposed three debates but was turned down by Feinstein. Tomorrow he will have a “conversation” with his opponent that will be streamed online, but not broadcast.
<We wish it was a debate forum, where you can actually debate on the values, the divisions, the accomplishments of California. It’s a quote-unquote conversion. It is what it is.”
Kevin De Leon was a guest on McIntyre in the Morning.
