Anger is building in a Southern California town over the decision to evict residents to make way for homeless housing.

People who live at the Vista Del Mar apartments in San Clemente are being told they have to leave this summer. A group called Friendship Shelter is opening a facility for chronically homeless adults. Neighbor George Gregory tells KTLA 5 that this doesn’t make sense.
