New Chevrolet Bolt Will Be Cheapest Electric Car In U.S.

(Washington, DC) — General Motors has cut the price of the Chevrolet Bolt making it the most affordable electric car in the U.S. The Bolt is now going for between 26 and 27-thousand dollars. This is a 20-percent drop from for 2020 model when went for over 36-thousand dollars. G-M’s price drop decision comes as a surprise as the U.S. economy has seen record inflation this year.

Buick Reveals New Wildcat Car Concept

(Detroit, MI) — Buick is revealing a new car concept to reinvent the brand for electric vehicle production. General Motors unveiled the Buick Wildcat in its latest move to attract younger buyers. The 119-year-old brand also debuted a redesigned logo for the first time in over 30 years. It comes as Buick’s goal is to only offer electric vehicles in North America by the end of the decade. Elements of the Wildcat are set to be included in Buick vehicles starting next year. Its first EV is expected in 2024 and will launch under the name Electra.
