Quinton Brown, Gerald Turner and Mia McNeil are accused of coercing girls and young women online, turning them into sex slaves. McNeil is still on the loose.

L.A. County Sheriff Jim McDonnell says this investigation was spurred after a girl went missing in Tulare county. She was found in West Hollywood.

“Deputies found the missing girl. Superior police work and persistence led investigations on an intensive seven month investigation of a sex trafficking operation.”

The investigation stretched from Bakersfield to the San Francisco Bay area and from the L.A. basin to Las Vegas. Thirteen victims were rescued, the majority being between 15 and 17 years old.
