William Shatner Turns 90 Today
(Los Angeles, CA) — Captain Kirk is celebrating a major milestone. Emmy Award-winning actor William Shatner is 90 today. He has won Emmys for his portrayal of the character Denny Crane, both in a guest on the TV series “The Practice” and as a regular character on the TV series “Boston Public.” He starred in several other TV series, but he will be forever linked to his iconic portrayal of Captain Kirk on N-B-C’s “Star Trek” from 1966 to 1969. He also starred in several Trek movies.
