Pelosi Tests Positive For COVID

(Washington, DC) — The Speaker of the House has tested positive for COVID. Fox news is reporting that this comes after some contact with President Biden. A spokesman for California Democrat Nancy Pelosi says she is “currently asymptomatic.” Drew Hammill tweeted that Pelosi is fully vaccinated and boosted. He said that the Speaker is thankful for the protection she believes the vaccine has provided. Pelosi is 82 years old and is in the high risk group, and is second in the line of succession to the presidency, after the vice president.
