A new Wall Street Journal poll has former President Trump ahead of President Biden in six of the nation’s most competitive states. Trump leads in six of seven battleground states polled for the 2024 presidential contest with voters continuing to express grave doubts about both candidates who are also the oldest to run in history.
In Pennsylvania, Michigan, Arizona, Georgia, Nevada and North Carolina Trump is ahead between 2 and 8 percentage points in a test ballot that includes third-party and independent candidates. Wisconsin is the seventh key battleground state polled, and there Biden leads by 3 points.
